5.23 miles in 50:09

Looks like it has been a while since I ran, today went a little over five miles with a break at the Gabriel Foundation, very cool place, they have a bird I would like to adopt but I don't know if I have enough time for my cats and dogs, a very cool little blue headed parrot named crazy. Hopefully I will report another run tomorrow, so far I seem to be coming up a little short in all of my new years resolutions.
