Two runs
I joined a health club with an indoor track, seemed to be the only way to cnsistantly train. Ran around five-miles at nine minutes a mile on Saturday, and ran for 35 minutes at 8 minutes a mile today. Hopefully Thursday go for forty minutes at an 8 minute pace and then on Saturday run for two hours at a nine minute pace.

Two runs in two days
First 2.3 miles in twenty minutes in the treadmill, and then 9.45 miles in one-hour twenty-nine minutes. The first five miles took 45:03 whci is almost a fast enough pace to get a 4 hour marathon. recovery time seems to be improving. new plan is to try to do 20 minute runs a couple times a week with a distance of 2.5 miles and then do a couple of ten mile plus runs each week as well.

5 miles in fifty minutes
I didn't use my GPS but I did three laps at Cheeseman park which I know from previous runs is exactly five-miles. I am not getting faster but I seem to feel better on runs lately.

6.07 miles in 1 hour 1 minute
Ran to blockbuster and back, a little slow due to traffic and ice but still should be faster. This is turning out to be a great training tool as I already forgot my time for Thursdays run.
